A one-off space to explore what’s present, reconnect, and reset. For moments when something feels urgent, unclear, or in motion. A single session offers a grounded space to pause, orient, and breathe again.

The Grounding - 6 Sessions
For clarity, capacity, and core self-connection. We go deep, gently. Flexible extension available. The Grounding is a 3-month journey to restore clarity and connection. We’ll meet every two weeks to map what’s present, reconnect to your body, and untangle old patterns with precision and care.
This is for you if you’re holding a lot — and ready to hold yourself differently.

Hi, I'm Andrea, the human behind Aligned - a space to reconnect with who you are - so you can live, lead, and love from solid ground.
For 12 years, I taught and held space for my students. Now I work internationally with expats, professionals, and people in high-pressure roles - those who feel split between who they are and who they’ve had to be. This work is not about performing wellness. It’s about restoring relationship - with yourself, your body, your truth.
My approach is rooted in clarity, connection, and integration. I draw from psychotherapy, somatic practice, and coaching - and always shape the work to align with you. This isn’t a fixed method. It’s a relational process, grounded in presence and precision. Whether you want to feel more grounded, grow spiritually, strengthen your relationships, or thrive professionally - our work begins with what’s actually yours.

How often are sessions?
For programs, we meet every 2 weeks — steady but spacious. Single sessions can be booked as needed.
Do you offer evenings or weekends?
Appointments are available Tuesday to Friday. Some evening or weekend slots are possible — just reach out.
