Hi, I'm Andrea. Founder of ALIGNED - a space to reconnect with who you are - so you can live, lead, and love from solid ground.
For 12 years, I taught and held space for my students. Now I work internationally with expats, professionals, and people in high-pressure roles - those who feel split between who they are and who they’ve had to be. This work is not about performing wellness. It’s about restoring relationship - with yourself, your body, your truth.
My approach is rooted in clarity, connection, and integration. I draw from psychotherapy, somatic practice, and coaching - and always shape the work to align with you. This isn’t a fixed method. It’s a relational process, grounded in presence and precision. Whether you want to feel more grounded, grow spiritually, strengthen your relationships, or thrive professionally - our work begins with what’s actually yours.
I never had that kind of space growing up — one that felt safe, gentle, and real.

We meet regularly online, and shape the pace together.
You’ll receive:
Two 60-minute calls per month
Time between sessions for integration and reflection
Optional weekly email check-ins to stay grounded and supported
Each program begins with a 6-session minimum. Some complete this within 3 months. Others spread it over longer cycles. We decide together.
This is not about performance. It’s about coming home to yourself.
The Process
While every journey is unique, our work tends to follow a grounded arc:

The Programs

THE GROUNDING (6 Sessions)
A starting place for reconnection. We slow down, notice patterns, and return to what feels real. Ideal if you’re in transition, holding a specific question, or seeking clarity before action.

THE REALIGNMENT (12 Sessions)
A deeper process for integration. We meet the parts of you that adapted, protected, or disappeared — and invite coherence. This is for you if you're ready to move differently, in life, love, or leadership.

Do I need to commit to all 12 sessions upfront?
No. Many clients start with a 6-session package and extend once they feel the rhythm and impact of the work.
What if I need to skip a week or take a break?
That’s totally fine. We pace the work to match your life. Sessions are scheduled flexibly and can be spread out as needed.
Is this coaching or therapy?
This is coaching with therapeutic depth. It’s not psychotherapy or a substitute for clinical mental health treatment, but it draws on psychotherapeutic and somatic principles.
How do I know if we’re a good fit?
We start with a free clarity call. You’ll get a feel for the space, the rhythm, and the tone — and we’ll both decide from there.
Can I combine this with other practices or therapy?
Absolutely. Many clients integrate this with bodywork, therapy, or creative practices. We stay attuned to what supports your whole system.
