What The Grounding is

The Grounding is a 6-session container for those who want more than insight.

This is for people who:

  • understand their patterns, but still repeat them

  • feel stretched by responsibility, care, or expectation

  • struggle with boundaries, guilt, or over-functioning

  • want clarity they can feel, not just explain

We meet every two weeks to build capacity — not urgency.

For people who are holding a lot —
and ready to hold themselves differently.

What we work with

In The Grounding, we:

  • map repeating emotional and relational patterns

  • work directly with self-abandonment, people-pleasing, and over-responsibility

  • restore safety and regulation through the body

  • rebuild trust in your own signals, timing, and needs

  • practice staying with yourself under pressure

This work is relational, embodied, and precise.

Nothing is pushed.

    How you show up with others, where you lose yourself, and what keeps repeating in love, work, or family.

  • Identity Shifts

    Navigating transitions like parenthood, relocation, career change, or re-entering the workforce with new eyes.

  • Emotional Clarity

    For those who feel everything or nothing: untangling inner chaos, numbness, or overwhelm.

  • Self-Trust & Boundaries

    Reclaiming what’s yours, learning to say no without guilt, and leading from inner clarity.

  • Overwhelm & Burnout

    Especially for women holding too much for too long. Finding relief, regulation, and room to breathe.

Program details

We meet regularly online, and shape the pace together.

You’ll receive:

  • Two 60-minute calls per month

  • Time between sessions for integration and reflection

  • Optional weekly email check-ins to stay grounded and supported

  • Flexible extension if deeper work wants to continue

We meet at a pace that allows real change — without overwhelm. Some complete this within 3 months. Others spread it over longer cycles. We decide together.

This is not about performance. It’s about coming home to yourself.

The Process

While every journey is unique, our work tends to follow a grounded arc:

  • What’s present, what’s alive, what’s asking to shift

  • We trace the roots: Where did this begin? How was it functional?

  • Trauma work, nervous system grounding, relational clarity

  • Where else does this pattern show up? How do we practice something new?

Between sessions, you’ll receive reflective prompts and optional check-ins to deepen the process.

a space to reconnect with who you are - so you can live, lead, and love from solid ground.

For 12 years, I taught and held space for my students. Now I work internationally with expats, professionals, and people in high-pressure roles - those who feel split between who they are and who they’ve had to be. This work is not about performing wellness. It’s about restoring relationship - with yourself, your body, your truth.

My approach is rooted in clarity, connection, and integration. I draw from psychotherapy, somatic practice, and coaching - and always shape the work to align with you. This isn’t a fixed method. It’s a relational process, grounded in presence and precision. Whether you want to feel more grounded, grow spiritually, strengthen your relationships, or thrive professionally - our work begins with what’s actually yours.
