Hi, I'm Andrea. Founder of Aligned - a space to reconnect with who you are - so you can live, lead, and love from solid ground.
For 12 years, I taught and held space for my students. Now I work internationally with expats, professionals, and people in high-pressure roles - those who feel split between who they are and who they’ve had to be. This work is not about performing wellness. It’s about restoring relationship - with yourself, your body, your truth.
